Finding the Knowledge of God

Everyone wants to find the knowledge of God, especially religious people, but they never do because they don't do what the word says. The word is explicitly clear on how you find the knowledge of God.

Proverbs 2:1-5
My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;

So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;

Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;

If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;

Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

There isn't anything hazy or ambiguous in the language here. If you seek for the knowledge of God as for hid treasures, you will find the knowledge of God.

I've done some gold panning in my time, I've searched for hidden treasures in real life, and it's hard work. You have to move tons of rock in cold rivers and often in bad weather to find enough gold to make a ring. It can take years to scrape together enough gold from the rivers of Scotland to make a ring. I've had 5 rings made from my Scottish panned gold. I know how to search for hid treasures. I know what it takes.

It's the same with the word. If you can't find the knowledge of God, it's not God's fault, it's yours because you're not putting the work in.

Most 'christians' walk around in a haze waiting for signs from heaven. Show me any place in the bible where God tells us to walk around waiting for signs from heaven. The lazy fuckers are just using 'signs' as an excuse for not putting the work in. Same in Jesus Christ's day, always bugging him to do 'signs'. As Isaiah so aptly put it, eyes they have but they're as blind as bats, ears they have but they're as deaf as fucking fence posts.

1 Corinthians 14:22
Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.

To you religious 'christians' who think you know everything, who think you know your bibles, do you speak in tongues? I do. Do you demonstrate the power of God? I do. Does your church teach you about speaking in tongues? If you want a 'sign' that I'm a man of God, watch this video. Religion turns people in lazy complaining bitching ineffective idiots who are blown around on every wind of doctrine. They will never find the knowledge of God and it isn't God's fault. If they put the work in, they would find the knowledge of God. How did the disciples in Berea find the knowledge of God?

Acts 17:10,11
And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews [Judeans].

These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

That's right, they got their heads into the bible every day. They did what it says in Proverbs chapter 2 and they found the knowledge of God.

Back in the early 1980s, a man of God was teaching in Edinburgh and I wanted to be there. The only problem was, I was on exercise in the hills of Perth with the Parachute Regiment. I was training for P Company, the culmination of their recruit training programme, which was coming up in a couple of weeks. The man of God was teaching at 7pm. I had a 10 mile battle march starting at 2pm which would take about 2 hours. How on earth could I possibly make it to Edinburgh on time?

The night before I checked train times. There was a train at 5pm from Perth which would get me to Edinburgh about 6. The battle march finished at 4. We were miles from Perth, away out in the remote hills. It was impossible.

Jeremiah 32:27
Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

My mate from Aberdeen, Gordon, was on duty that weekend as a driver and he had an army land rover. I had a chat with him and he agreed to pick me up at 4pm from the hills, drive me to Perth Station, and he would also pick me up when the last train from Edinburgh arrived around 11pm and drive me back to barracks. I stashed my bible, civvy clothes, soap and my toothbrush in my bergen, and headed to the start of the 10 miler. Parachute Regiment training is hard, and my bergen was heavy, so this was going to be quite a feat of endurance.

I reached the finish line at 4pm, and Gordon was there with the land rover. I chucked my bergen in the back, and off we went to Perth. I was sweating and stinking after the march and I was still in my para uniform, albeit without a red beret as yet. On the train, I bought a ticket, and then locked myself in the tiny toilet. Remember those toilets on the old diesel trains back in the 1980s? I stripped, washed myself and shampooed my hair in the tiny sink stuck in the corner, dressed in civvies, stuffed all my smelly sweaty gear in the bergen and went for a well earned seat in the train.

I got to the meeting about 20 minutes before it was due to start, and I was there to hear the man of God teach. I remember the teaching to this day. He taught on the four crucified with Jesus Christ. I've never forgotten that teaching. I caught the last train back to Perth and Gordon was there to pick me up. I slept well that night!

I hear people say that driving 15 minutes to a home church for the word is too much effort. Or walking a mile for the word is too much effort. Or spending an hour of their evenings twice a week for the word is too much effort. Well, those lazy fuckers will never find the knowledge of God. I've met far too many of them. They walk around looking for their signs from heaven, grope around in their ditches filled with the blind, and complain that God never answers their prayers. It isn't God's fault, it's theirs, because they don't put the work in to find the knowledge of God. I went to the ends of the earth to find the knowledge of God. Put the work in and you'll find it as well. The first century church was powerful because they put the work into the word.

Acts 20:6,7
And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and came unto them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven days.

And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

Paul taught until midnight. Do you know why? It was because people were listening, it was because people loved the word, it was because people were excited about the word, it was because people were searching for the knowledge of God.

If you want to find the knowledge of God, start doing some work in the word. If you can't even read my book, which took me 40 years to research and 18 years to write, you're not a believer, you're a lazy religious idiot who will never find the knowledge of God. If you can't even read a book, stay in your shithole church. The word stands. Those who put the work in will find the knowledge of God.

Oh, you don't like my language? Does it offend you? Well, the people in Amos' time didn't like what he had to say either, or Hosea, or any of the other prophets. Here's what God's people said to Jeremiah when he confronted them and tried to bring them back to the word.

Jeremiah 44:15-17
Then all the men which knew that their wives had burned incense unto other gods, and all the women that stood by, a great multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in Pathros, answered Jeremiah, saying,

As for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the name of the LORD, we will not hearken unto thee [we will not listen to you].

But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.

Do you know who the queen of heaven is? She's still around. It's that Roman Catholic goddess Mary. Sure, go and worship the queen of heaven, say your hail Mary's until they're coming out your ears. If God's people do not come back to his word, it is herded to the gas chambers of the new world order they will be.

God is not mean, he doesn't hate us, he's a loving God, he's kind, he wants to help. God is always there, he always has the answers. He can help anyone with anything at any time, but if people walk away from him and ignore his word, there's nothing he can do. That's why he sends men like me to try to wake the dumb fuckers up. I don't hate people, I want to help, but if people don't come back to the word there's nothing I can do either. All life works by believing. Entire civilisations and cultures, hundreds of millions of people all over the world are on the verge of extermination and extinction because they ignore God's word. I'm trying to do something about that because I don't want to see it happen.

Jeremiah 29:11-14
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.
